[I] was very impressed with the knowledge of codes/permitting issues for our region. Sticking to schedule and budget are always the most important concerns and Sandmark Custom Homes hit the mark. I also asked for what I thought were some significant extras and did NOT get a change order. Sandmark Custom Homes was recommended highly to me by my new neighborhood and I am now highly recommending them to anyone who will listen.
