Sandmark Custom Homes was responsive to our requests from the very beginning. They listened to us and made note of many details before the project even began. They helped us in choosing materials, but I never felt like their suggestions were demanding. We relied on their expertise in the design and implementation of all of the components of our renovation. Their contract defined the scope of the job, and during renovation there were no surprises. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and the few changes we requested were made. We felt like our property was treated with care and respect. They followed through on all items on our punch list.
