What is your favorite thing about your job? If I had to choose one thing, it would be that there’s always a change that occurs from the moment we start until we finish for the day or the overall project. Our work is transformative in a way that others are not. It’s seeing the results of planning and labor.
If you could do another job for just one day what would it be? An airplane pilot: I’ve always been fascinated with flight and still am.
How long have you known Mark and Sandy? I have followed their work since I started my business and been on the team for two years.
What is your favorite thing to do on the Outer Banks? I would say live life. We are so blessed to have such an abundance of natural beauty and great people. It’s a special thing to be able to support a family and be part of the community here.
What brought you to the Outer Banks? My parents moved here in 1989 when I was a small child.
Where is your favorite vacation spot? So far, northern Thailand. St John is a close second.
