Another busy month of home building on the Outer Banks. Check out Sandmark Custom Homes spring updates that we’ve been working on.
We have been going nonstop to finish up 3 large remodels in Corolla, Duck, and Southern Shores. Still have some work to do but we have happy homeowners and that makes up incredibly happy. Take a sneak peek at what we have been working on for several months. In the coming months, we will have Cory Godwin Photography in to take some professional photographs.
In addition to our remodels, we have been working hard on our new homes. Look at these great pictures that Outer Banks Roofing took of our new home going up in Southern Shores.
Next up is our other new home in Southern Shores. Framing is going along with all the beautiful weather.
And our new home in Martin’s Point is getting underway too with the pilings just going in and framing beginning.
We also have some other remodels going that include an entire house transformation on an old family home in Duck. We just finished drywall and tile work is beginning along with the wood ceiling. A condo remodel in Kill Devil Hills is getting a much-needed update with new tile bathrooms, new shiplap and paint, a new fireplace and so much more.
We have been extremely fortunate with good weather in March that we were able to keep all our projects moving along. We are still having problems and delays in getting some products for homes and the lumber pricing crisis is a problem along with a shortage of materials.
