Lake Home- Duck, NC – Long-time family vacation home in need of updating and reconfiguring to flow better with all of the common living space to be on one level. The kitchen and dining room were on the mid-level with the great room on the top floor. Large, unused decks were removed and rebuilt as living space on the front of the home. The top floor now has a great room, kitchen, dining, primary suite, and elevator. We added a game room off the existing pool area on the lower level. The project required complete removal of the roof and taking everything back to the original studs. All systems were replaced.
