The Dare County Health Department and Outer Banks Health invite community members to participate in the 2024 Dare County Community Health Needs Assessment. The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback about a variety of topics, ranging from access to care, mental health and substance use to food insecurity, transportation and other key issues facing our county. Survey results, along with data gathered from focus group and secondary data, will help inform how local agencies can work to improve the health and well-being of Dare County residents.
The survey is available in both English and Spanish and all responses to this optional survey are anonymous. This is not a research survey and it will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
