I was very impressed with the knowledge of codes/permitting issues for our region. Sticking to schedule and budget are always the most important concerns and Sandmark hit the “mark”. I also asked for what I thought were some significant extras and did NOT get a change order. Sandmark was recommended highly to me by my new neighborhood and I am now highly recommending them to anyone that will listen.
