After purchasing a parcel of land in Southern Shores in 2006, we talked to a number of local builders to see which one would be the best fit to build our retirement home. After meeting with Mark and Sandy and visiting several of the homes they had built, we were very impressed with the quality of work and the attention to details. We decided that Sandmark Construction would be the best builder for our new home.
