Sandmark Custom Homes completed an addition on our home – it was not a huge project, but Mark was on site daily directing the sub-contractors, being sure that the schedule was on track, and that the efficiency of the work was to his standards. He made recommendations for alterations to the original plan which enhanced the project making it much more open and with a good traffic flow. Since we were living in the house when the construction was being done, it was greatly appreciated that there was nightly removal of the debris so that we could continue to enjoy a “house under construction”. It was truly a pleasure to work with Mark – always with a smile even when the temperature hovered around 100 degrees. We were extremely pleased with the finished project and would recommend Sandmark and Mark Martin without reservation.
