Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake
Yields: 6 cakes
Ingredients:
14.1 oz Chocolate chips
8 oz butter
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
½ cup White sugar
¼ cup Flour
1 oz of peanut butter per cake
Process:
- Oven set at 350*
- Melt chocolate and butter together.
- Beat eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl, mix until well combined.
- Slowly add the chocolate, then add the flour.
- Spray the molds
- Fill molds ½ way up.
- Add peanut butter.
- Fill the remaining mold.
- Bake for 25 mins.
