Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

Yields: 6 cakes

Ingredients:

14.1 oz Chocolate chips

8 oz butter

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

½ cup White sugar

¼ cup Flour

 

1 oz of peanut butter per cake

 

Process:

  1. Oven set at 350*
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl, mix until well combined.
  4. Slowly add the chocolate, then add the flour.
  5. Spray the molds
  6. Fill molds ½ way up.
  7. Add peanut butter.
  8. Fill the remaining mold.
  9. Bake for 25 mins.
