The 2024 OBX Parade of Homes has wrapped up, and we couldn’t be happier with the reception our projects received. Southern Shores Remodel
Our remodel in Southern Shores was a crowd favorite, impressing everyone who stepped through its doors. Visitors were particularly captivated by the stunning before-and-after photos displayed throughout the home. The homeowner selections and color choices received countless compliments, with many guests remarking that the remodel surpassed some of the new homes they had seen. Harbinger’s Award-Winning New Home
The crown jewel of the Parade of Homes was undoubtedly our new home on the sound in Harbinger. This beautiful property emerged as the big winner, clinching the prestigious Judges Award of Excellence, the People’s Choice Award, and the Grand Champion Award. The one-level living concept, combined with an expansive backyard space, captured the hearts of all who visited. And, of course, the breathtaking views were the perfect finishing touch.
The accolades are a testament to the harmonious blend of innovative design, functional living spaces, and the seamless integration of the home with its natural surroundings. We’re proud to have delivered a home that not only meets but exceeds the dreams and expectations of our clients.
